A Visionary in Bookkeeping
SJ Rose LLC was born from personal experience and a deep understanding of life's unexpected financial challenges. After losing both parents at the young age of 36, including her mother's sudden passing, Susie Newman found herself navigating the complex process of closing her mother's business, selling properties, and managing intricate financial details during a time of grief.
This profound experience led her to establish SJ Rose LLC in 2018 — naming the company as a heartfelt tribute to her mother, father, and beloved Nana. What began as a solo practice focusing primarily on supporting female senior citizens through financial transitions has evolved into a comprehensive financial advocacy company. Today, Susie leads a dedicated team of four financial advocates who serve clients from all walks of life: entrepreneurs, young professionals, retirees, and adult children supporting aging parents.
Susie and her team believe in spending quality time with each client, developing personalized solutions that reduce costs, eliminate waste, and empower clients to gain greater financial comprehension and control. Every client has a unique story, and SJ Rose LLC is committed to being part of their journey toward financial confidence and peace of mind.

Join our team as a Financial Advocate, managing comprehensive bookkeeping and financial organization for businesses and individuals. This role combines QuickBooks expertise with client relationship management, handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial document organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QuickBooks operations for multiple clients
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Handle payroll and 1099 contractor payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Organize financial documents and assist with tax preparation
- Serve as dedicated client advocate and relationship manager
- Maintain accurate time tracking and billing
The ideal candidate combines strong bookkeeping skills with excellent communication abilities and a detail-oriented approach. Remote position.
